Hey all!!!!
well, i guess im just gonna be venting out all my frustration and irritation about this so called job of mine.  lets start from the last time i logged anything about this work.  so... around november i sortof got promoted to the oba position. i basically follow up on customers and finish the troubleshooting or steps that my teammates started. so it means i dont do inbound calls anymore and i dont get stressed too much and im usually doing nothing unless my team pass a lot of calls to me but usually i bum around. okay now around january, they terminated all those people in training telling them they are no longer needed bec the client is not upsizing anymore, at least most of us agents were safe, i think only a handful of agents were included. now come holy week, they said that the client is downsizing so there were a lot of agents (i think about a hundred or so) who were forced to resign. bec of this our team was dispersed and i was back to taking inbound calls again.  we thought this would be the last bec we are down to just over 300 agents. but... lo and behold last week they said that among all of our clients outsource company, we are the lowest performers so they retrenched a lot of people, this time about 80. the good thing is, since they were retrenched they get severence pay. oh before they picked out people to remove, they audited them and took 13 people and transferred them to our outbound(ob) client ( one of my friends was included) then in the middle of training, these 13 were pulled out by the operations manager of the ob client and told them that she didnt know of the transfer and she thought that they applied for this. so they have to undergo an interview with her (this was wednesday).  come friday 6 of them was told that they did not pass the interview, and is now part of those that were retrenched.  so now the people who are left here are asking... how stable is their current position? how stable is the company? where's their job security? bec the company cannot guarantee that that would be the last downsizing they will do. super labo di ba??? so, sinong magkakagana ngayong pumasok pa sa work kung parang naglolokohan na lang kayo? so by next month it would seem that i wont have work anymore because i will be resigning as soon as i get what i need from this shithole! and hopefully get my backpay before i take my vacation.

guess what??? i've stopped smoking! i'm now one of those people who are opposed to cigarette smoke! shocked?  me too... hehehe
to all those who wants to know how and especially why...  i've got this cough last december that doesnt seem to stop even though i've temporarily stopped smoking, first the doc said it was viral... but after taking 1 weeks worth of anitbiotics and i still have it i went to another doctor who told me it was acid reflux. after about 2 weeks of taking the drugs for that it slightly helped... but like i said slightly... so after another week i went to see a doc again and she had me x-rayed and stuff... my lungs were clean but when she listened with the stethoscope there were hissing sounds... and she diagnosed me as having "cough induced asthma" so for 2 weeks i used the control inhaler... and it helped... a lot. so i therefore conclude that what i have is asthma... therefore no more yosi... and now i dont miss it... i've gone to gimiks and still havent smoke. my officemates keep teasing me that next time we have a drink they will buy west ice(which is my brand) to test my control.... i dont miss it much i only miss it when i'm sooo bored and if i have difficulty going to the bathroom HAHAHAHA!!!
so... to all smokers, please ask permission first from the people around you before you light up a stick.......AS IF!!!!
